About Your Trainer:

I have been fortunate to stay healthy and active while spending 45 years in the business world, raising two children, and now have four grandchildren ranging from 17  to 2 Years old. I have always enjoyed being fit and as I grew closer to retirement, I knew I had to keep the balance in my lifestyle to better enjoy my retirement and grandchildren. So, I thought the best way to stay on track was to gain my certification as a personal trainer.  This way I could keep up with industry trends, continue my healthy journey, and I help others enjoy fitness for better health.  Since my retirement in 2013, I have received my certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In 2015, while getting re-certified, I acquired specialist certifications in Women's Fitness, Senior Fitness, and Fitness Nutrition through NASM.
